Welcome to serenitycoloring.com. These Terms of Use are the agreement between you and Serenity Coloring, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “Serenity”) when you use this website. We’ve written them in plain English. If anything is unclear, email us at colormecalm@serenitycoloring.com and we’ll explain.

By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site — but we hope you’ll stay.

Who we are

Serenity Coloring, LLC is an Arizona limited liability company. We design and publish coloring books and provide free coloring pages and resources to our subscribers.

Using the website

You’re welcome to browse the site, read the pages, sign up for our newsletter, and download any free coloring pages we offer to subscribers.

A few simple rules:

• Don’t copy or republish the artwork, book covers, page designs, or written content from this site without our written permission.
• Don’t use the site for anything illegal or for anything that interferes with other visitors.
• Don’t try to break or hack the site — no scraping, no automated bots beyond normal search-engine crawling, no attempts to access areas that aren’t public.
• Don’t impersonate Serenity or pretend our books or pages are your own work.

If you violate these rules, we may block your access.

Our artwork and content

All the coloring designs, book covers, illustrations, written copy, the Serenity butterfly character, the Serenity Coloring logo, and the overall look and feel of this site are owned by Serenity Coloring, LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

If you’d like to use our work for anything beyond personal coloring, email us first — we’re often happy to grant permission for small not-for-profit uses.

Books, purchases, and returns

Our coloring books are sold through Amazon (via Kindle Direct Publishing).

Returns, refunds, shipping problems, damaged items, and order questions are handled by Amazon under Amazon’s own policies. We don’t have access to your Amazon order or your shipping address, and we can’t issue refunds for Amazon purchases ourselves. The fastest way to resolve a book issue is to contact Amazon directly through your Amazon order page.

If you have a question about the content of a book (a printing problem we should know about, feedback on a design, etc.), please email us — we’d genuinely like to hear from you.

The newsletter and free pages

When you sign up for our newsletter, you’ll receive a welcome email with a link to download the free Serene Sampler PDF, and occasional emails about new books, new free pages, and news from Serenity.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email. We won’t ask why.

The free coloring pages we send are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You can print as many copies as you want for yourself, your family, or to color in with a friend. You can’t sell them, post them on a “free downloads” site, or use them in a paid product or service.

Third-party links

Our site may link to other websites (Amazon, Pinterest, Instagram, etc.). We’re not responsible for the content or practices of those other sites — once you click a link off our site, you’re in their world, governed by their terms and privacy policies.

Site availability and changes

We aim to keep the site up and running 24/7, but sometimes things break — servers go down, software updates fail, the internet has a bad day. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted access.

We also reserve the right to change, add, or remove pages, books, free downloads, and features at any time. If we change the terms in a meaningful way, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

Disclaimers

The site, the free pages, and any digital downloads are provided “as is” and “as available.” That’s legal-speak for: we’ve done our best, but we can’t promise the site is free of bugs, the PDFs will work on every device, or our books will solve every problem.

We don’t make any warranties — express or implied — about the site’s accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose, beyond what the law in your jurisdiction requires.

Coloring is a wonderful, calming activity, but it’s not medical care. Our pages and books are not a substitute for professional mental-health support. If you’re struggling, please reach out to a qualified professional.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Serenity Coloring, LLC and anyone who works with us are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the site
• Lost data, lost profits, or lost time
• Anything that goes wrong with a third-party service we link to (Amazon, MailerLite, Pinterest, etc.)

If, despite this, a court decides we are liable for something, our total liability to you for everything related to the site is limited to $100 or the amount you paid us directly in the past 12 months, whichever is higher. (Most visitors haven’t paid us anything directly, since our books are sold by Amazon.)

Some places don’t allow these kinds of limitations — if you live somewhere that doesn’t, this section only applies to the extent the law allows.

Indemnification

If your use of the site causes a legal problem for us (for example, you republish our artwork commercially and the new buyer sues us), you agree to cover our reasonable costs and legal fees. This is a standard provision; it’s only relevant if someone seriously misuses the site.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

If we have a dispute, we both agree to try to work it out by email first — most things can be resolved with a friendly back-and-forth. If we can’t, any formal legal action must be brought in a state or federal court located in Arizona.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a meaningful change, we’ll update the date at the top of this page, and (if you’re a newsletter subscriber) we’ll mention it in an upcoming email so you have a chance to read the new version.

Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
